I - Introduction

What is Cashback (Loyalty)?
For every purchase made on Playasia you will be rewarded with cashback to your account! Customers can use these funds to make any purchase on Playasia, from a physical game to digital top-up codes. Earn cash back and rank up for even better Loyalty Program perks, take advantage of exclusive deals and overall get rewards back for being a beloved customer! 

II - How to earn Cashback?:

How do I earn Cashback through the Loyalty Program? 
You will automatically earn Cashback whenever you make a purchase on Playasia. You can then use your balance towards the cost of future purchases! Please note that certain categories and products may have increased earnings than others.

You can also earn Cashback through awesome promotions & rewards - for example when you sign up you will receive a bonus, as well as a bonus on the same day each year as a celebration of your Playasia loyalty day.

Activation Period: Cashback funds associated with an order will currently be made available 72 hours after redemption of a digital code or 7 days after a physical shipment. 

Frozen Cashback

• Cashback granted through enrollment rewards, promotions, or similar actions maybe temporarily frozen.
• To unlock and make such frozen cashback usable, you must earn minimum (≥50) points from your qualifying purchases.
• Once the minimum earning threshold is reached, any frozen Cashback will be automatically unfrozen and made available for use, subject to standard activation and expiry rules.

III - How to spend your Cashback Balance:

How do I check my Cashback balance?
Along with each regular order confirmation email you will also receive an updated Cashback balance. From our email click into your loyalty portal, there you can check your points. Alternatively, you can directly navigate to the loyalty tab from your Account page.
 
How do I spend my Cashback balance? 
Your balance can be used with any order! Simply choose to pay with your Cashback balance during the steps of checkout!

IV - Playasia Loyalty Ranks:

Loyalty Ranks are how you can level up and get even more out of your account – like increased Cashback earnings! Depending on your rank you will earn special access to deals, sales, and exclusive rewards! Ranks are based on the Experience Points earned (XP) from your last Playasia Birthday to your next Playasia Birthday (365 days). You will rank up when you reach the XP requirement for a given rank when the points are credited to your account.


Appendix - Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions of Participation regulate the use of Playasia Loyalty Program by the user of a Playasia account (hereinafter referred to as a "Customer") on the Playasia website www.playasia.com (the "Website"). Playasia’s General Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, Use of Wallet Terms and Privacy Policy also apply in addition to this agreement. 
 
Participating customers and must be 18 or above to Join the Loyalty Program.

Playasia reserves the right to modify or cancel the Loyalty Program at any time.

• Your XP progress to the next rank will reset on your 'Playasia Birthday.'
• Your Rank will be evaluated on your ‘Playasia Birthday,’ with the possibility of being downgraded if criteria are not met.

Cashback can be earned through placing orders on Playasia.com.

• Cashback funds expire upon use.
• Cashback funds can currently only be used for online purchases on www.playasia.com on the internet.
• Cashback funds cannot be used at any physical store including those operated by Playasia (including Pick-up orders).
• Not every product will get rewarded with the same amount of Cashback and not every participant in the Program will get the same amount of Cashback.
• Cashback will not be given for any part of a purchase that is funded by Cashback funds.
• Cashback earnings will be given 3 days after reveal of digital codes or 7 days after shipment of physical products. 
• Cashback funds may expire based on the current rank of the participant.
• A valid and verified Playasia account is required to join the Loyalty program.
• Each Person may only hold one Playasia Program membership

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Playasia user accounts if a cashback balance has been fraudulently obtained and used on the Playasia shopping platform. If a Playasia user account has been suspended for these reasons, the unused Cashback balance and any wallet funds will be forfeit. 

Playasia Accounts, Cashback Balance, and Wallet Balance are not for resale. 

The use and redemption of Cashback, and the use of the Wallet, are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.  

Playasia.com reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time; notice of any such change will be made by updating these terms and conditions located at https://www.playasia.com/info/loyaltycashback.

Playasia.com reserves the right of final decision and interpretation of any dispute regarding Playasia Loyalty Program, Rewards and Wallet.
